CRSI aims to conduct action research and study systemic issues such as labour migration, responsible recruitment, occupational safety, water efficiency, and soil conservation. The insights from this research aim to inform national dialogue and guide mills in adopting measurable improvements. In 2025, we undertook joint efforts with Ecociate for this study, and we will be engaging with the relevant stakeholders to share the insights.
